My Payment has failed, what should I do?Updated 7 months ago

1. Log in to your account (if you don't have an account, please create one using the email address that you checked out with)

2. Click on Subscriptions

3. Click on Payment Details

4. Add a new payment method if required.

5. Check that there are valid dates next to each of your subscriptions, please update if not.

6. Click on Update
