Please email [email protected] with the discount code you were trying to use, and our Customer Service team will be able to support. 

Please note:

- The discount code needs to be applied at checkout, before shipping and payment details are given. 

- Most of our discounts are for first time customers, while this is not always the case it is useful to check the terms of the discount you are attempting to use before choosing to purchase. 

- All of our discounts can only be used once per customer.

- You cannot use multiple discount codes at once, or use them in conjunction with loyalty points. 

- Make sure you have the correct spelling of the discount code, as the discount will only apply if it replicates the code. 

- Our discounts are often time limited which means they will only work for a certain number of days before they expire, so please check that the discount you are trying to use is still valid.
