Please contact [email protected] asap and our Customer Service Team will try and help.
Please include the new address.
If your order has already been processed by our warehouse I am afraid we cannot change the delivery address because it will already be with the courier service at the depot or post office.
If the order is refused at the delivery address, it will be sent back to our warehouse and a refund will be processed. It would then be possible to re-order the items to the right address.
If your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse we will be able to change the address for you.
