Why aren't my DASH Reward points showing in my account?Updated 8 months ago

To see how many points you have simply log onto your account on our website.

Click on ‘Rewards’ in the navigation and your points will display at the top of the page.

 

If you have completed one of the actions but don't think that you have been rewarded the right points please be aware:

  • When you refer a friend to DASH, your points will be pending for 4 days after your friend makes their first purchase using your unique link.
  • After you purchase products the points will be awarded after the order has been dispatched.  

If you still think you have the wrong number of points, please email [email protected] and include your name, email address (of the account), the number of points you think you should have and the actions you have taken to get those points.
