My DASH Reward Points won't apply to my order: SubscriberUpdated 2 years ago

NB: Rewards Points cannot be used in conjunction with Discount Codes

If you are adding a discount to an existing subscription please follow the steps below:

1. Sign into your account
2. Go to 'Subscriptions'
3. Beneath the products listed in your subscription click 'Manage"
4. Click "Edit" in the box which says "No Discount Applied"
5. A box will appear for you to enter the discount code and click 'Apply'
6. The discount code will apply off your next subscription charge only.

Please include: your name, email address (on your DASH account), the code you were trying to use and the monetary value of the voucher code.
