My DASH Reward Points won't apply to my order: SubscriberUpdated 16 days ago

NB: Rewards Points cannot be used in conjunction with Discount Codes

When you swap your Rewards for a discount, you'll be given a discount code. You can find unused Rewards discount codes in your Rewards history.

To add the discount to your subscription, please follow the steps below:

1. Sign into your account
2. Go to 'Subscriptions'
3. Look above the shipping cost for a line that says ‘+ Add discount’
4. Click ‘+ Add discount’
5. A box will appear for you to enter the discount code and click 'Apply'
6. The discount code will apply to your next subscription charge only

Please include: your name, email address (on your DASH account), the code you were trying to use and the monetary value of the voucher code.
