My DASH Reward Points won't apply to my order: Non SubscriberUpdated 2 years ago

NB: Rewards Points cannot be used in conjunction with Discount Codes

All discount codes need to be applied at checkout unless you are adding to an existing subscription.

1. Add items to your basket 

2. Type in the discount code you would like to use (on mobile select 'Order Summary' at the top of the page)

3. Click 'Apply' 

4. Your discount will be deducted from the Total.

    

Alternatively, you can withdraw your points by using the dropdown above the discount code box.

Please include: your name, email address (on your DASH account), the code you were trying to use and the monetary value of the voucher code.
